Empower agents to self-manage schedules remotely, and provide tools to track schedules, agent requests, as well as intra-day performance statics "on the go".

- View existing and add new Workforce Management Exception Requests
- View personal account balance data
- View agent productivity statics
- Ability to receive push notifications
The Enterprise Edition includes the ability to receive notifications.
