Tmadant est une association régie par la loi cadre portant régime des associations au Niger. Elle est apolitique et non lucrative. Tmadant s’entend en Tamashek « prend soin » ou encore plus généralement « s’occuper de ». Conformément à ses statuts et règlement l’association Tmadant entend porter haut le flambeau de la culture nigérienne, pour ce faire l’association entend mener des actions pour lutter contre toute pratique allant dans le sens de menacer la culture ou de la profaner.TMADANT is an action framework for culture to do that it will spare no effort to service, profitability and preserve in all its forms. Tmadant is an association governed by the plan bearing framework law associations in Niger. It is apolitical and non-profit. Tmadant means in Tamashek "takes care" or more generally "take care of". According to its statutes and regulations Tmadant the association intends to hold high the torch of Nigerian culture, to do this the Association intends to carry out actions to fight against any practices in line to threaten the culture or profane.
