The android employee time clock recorder (ATC) and The management software (MTR standalone) is a two app solution to the collection and management of employees time recording requiring no SIM card.

The ATC provides an interface for the employee/associate to clock on and off.. each employee is identified by a 4 digit pin number.. you can have multiple staff clocking on the same phone the ATC.. The clocking is then passed to the management app on the same phone (MTR Standalone) that provides management information, hours worked, for the supervisor. etc. The data can be exported in all the usual ways.
The ATC can be mounted in a static position and plugged in or mounted in a vehicle and powered from the vehicle. or carried by an individual.

The staff member is offered two buttons clock in or clock out.. they are then asked to enter their pin..then they confirm pin.. and thats a clocking done. it is then sent automatically to the MTR Standalone Management Software.
