I want you to know that I am a Certified NLP Practitioner – that means I’ve been trained in neuro-linguistic programming, and that means I know how people can rewire their thinking patterns to improve them. I am also certified as a Fowler Wainwright Professional Coach.

I’ve spent the past several years as a Human Resources professional in the business world. I specialize in Operations Efficiency, and all that entails – basically working with employees and managers so that their company gets their best possible efforts and to ensure that each person working for the company reaches his or her highest potential.

Attitudes for Success is a program of coaching based on a proven Japanese total-quality management system that’s been in use for decades in major companies such as Toyota, Sony and Canon – business leaders with much success, both in the world and within their employee ranks.

Its steps and discipline are grounded in coaching techniques that are as old as Samurai culture in Japan, but it is gaining acclaim today because it gets to the bottom of things, the real nitty-gritty, deals with what makes you you, and it works with you, draws from within you, to develop your mastery of life.
