How AVtix works
Each Vendor has a vendor ID and each venue has its own ID Events are then loaded into the AVTIX backend with the relevant details. Dynamic Keys (Pin numbers) can be generated for each event and also changed while the event is taking place if required. The pin numbers can be sent to the vendor via email, sms, or a telephone call. Customers download AVtix APP, then they can make their purchases, the mobile ticket is delivered by SMS (or email) The customer presents the ticket to the entry point staff who enter the pin to see if the ticket is valid (the gold characters show on valid tickets) the ticket then shows as used.
