B2C Technician app facilitates technician with core maintenance activities and various maintenance tasks planned and assigned to technicians
• Request and Work Order options are available in home page
• In Request option the lists of service requests shown to the technician which is assigned to them and also can see the details of that request,customer details and their requirements then finally the payment option will show to get pay from the customer
• Confirm order or reject a service request through request option
• In Work Order option the lists of One Time and Contract based tasks shown to the technician which is done.
• Close the work order from the task list
