About Bakpak Android App
BakPak Cloud is an all-in-one network management solution. It allows dealers and integrators to view, manage and maintain their networks from anywhere in the world.
With BakPakCloud you can:
- Receive Email/SMS alerts when devices go offline and come back online.
- Monitor pakedge and non pakedge equipment.
- Automatically discover Pakedge equipment on your network using the scan feature.
- Power cycle PoE ports on switches and outlets on PDUs remotely without the need for port forwarding.
- Start a network speed test
NOTES:
1. A Pakedge Network Patroller (NP36 or NK-1) is required to be able to use the BakPakCloud application. Please contact Pakedge Sales for more information.
2. Some users have encountered app crashes after updating the app. This is an OS bug rather than an app bug and is easily fixed by clearing the cache of the app. Go to the Android Settings app, Select "Apps" or "App Manager" (depending on your Android version), select the BakPak app, select "Storage" then press "Clear Cache". This should fix the issue.
