GAMEPLAY MODES:
π Time Limit Mode: Pop as many balloons as you can before the time gets over.
π Arcade Mode: Balloons come in Levels and Waves of increasing difficulty as you progress through them.

π The Evil Balloons (Black): -5 Points
π Extra Time Balloons (White/Neon Green): +3 Seconds Time
