Millions of hours are being wasted everyday, waiting in queues at Banks in India. This app is for banks and ATMs to manage their wait-list. BankBuddy app can be running on any Android tablet or phone for the customers to register on-premise at the bank.
- After customer adds himself to the Bank queue with name and phone number. He will receive a SMS with digital token. Digital token provides the real-time status of their position in the queue.
- Customers with feature phones will be notified through SMS.
Best of all, customers don't have to wait in line, they will be notified 10-15 min in advance to take their position.
