The bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast and is our signature class. Also offered are TRX (R) group classes, Pilates, dance body cardio, HIIT (high intensity interval training), fusion pilates, level one classes, mom & me classes, intensives/workshops and more! Just added is the trampoline group classes called bootybarre BOUNCE, a fun way to burn fat while safe on joints!
