Mostly ECGs calculate the QTc for you automatically. But sometimes they don't and you have to do it yourself. And you can't remember how to convert small squares to milliseconds. QTc does this for you - just enter the distance between the QT and RR interval in small squares (or parts of). It lets you calculate an average of several complexes, or know which is the shortest, which the longest, what the dispersion is. QTc uses Bazett's formula only, because that is what everyone uses.
