Beeline lets you add locations by a geo coordinate (latitude/longitude) and calculates their linear distance (bee-line) to your current location – nothing more and nothing less.
Usage
• Add a location with the plus symbol. The latitude/longitude fields are pre-filled with the last known location.
• A short tap on a location asks to run an app listening for a "geo:" URI, e.g. Google Maps™.
• On long tap: Use "Edit" to modify an existing entry.
• On long tap: Use "Delete" to remove an entry.
• On long tap: "Show on map" invokes the same action as a short tap ("geo:" URI)
• On long tap: "Get directions" opens Google Maps™/Navigation™ with the route from the current location to the selected location.
How to get a location's latitude/longitude (geo coordinate)?
Currently adding a location is done manually by entering the latitude/longitude of the desired location – this may change in future versions.
From Google Maps™ help: "If you want to get the coordinates of a location you see on Google Maps, just right-click the location then select What's here?. The coordinates will appear in the search box."
