In conjunction with the EM 95 muscle stimulation device, the "beurer EMS HomeStudio" app is your new personal trainer!
A coach (m/f) can be chosen to lead you through 20 pre-programmed or self-compiled workouts and train with you.
You can very easily adapt your training to your individual fitness level and needs or create your perfect workout from a choice of 50 exercises.
