From the beginning in 1996 when Ace Consultancy HR Services started operations with direct recruitment as our first business which later on transformed into a database company as our core business. We started collecting our databases from schools, colleges, companies, organization, institutions and many other collators started to join hands with us, in 2002 we were in the space as one of the best companies providing offline databases to various large scale, MSME, SME entities in 28 of the most popular functional areas which by 2008 expanded and we were now also present in space of volume recruitments providing databases of candidates at the very base of the HR pyramid. Finally we decided to automate the whole process of online recruitment and developed a mechanism where every employer source resume database at a click of a button and at the lowest possible cost, facilitating the process of fast and easy recruitment.
