This is a simple and addictive shoot-em-up game with a top-down (birds eye view) perspective. BitRebel is inspired by the legacy of 8bit classics from the arcade era. To bring the classic arcade experience to Android, the touch-screen based controls are simple: double-tap to move, hold down to shoot. No awkward D-pads or virtual joysticks. The player guides himself around obstacles for frustration-free movement.

The play experience will remind you of the early 8bit era, but don't expect anything old school from this fast paced action title. If George Orwell was to design a game for 8bit video game consoles, it might look like BitRebel! This completely free indie game is yours to explore!
