Updated to run on Android 2.3 or above.
This version makes two changes:
- Manual addition of blocked numbers is possible
- Blocked numbers take higher priority over allowed contacts. So if a number is both in the blocked list, and part of a non-blocked contact, the number will be blocked. Previously, the number would have been allowed.
