Added support for SSH.
README:
Application reads mapping stored in file "bluetoothrest.txt" in internal storage. If this file does not exist, app will create a dummy file as an example.
You will need to manually input button and action mapping. Each line contains a key code and what to do, separated by a comma.
Example configuration:
38,url,https://server.com/path/script.php?argument=value
49,ssh,server.com,22,username,password,command arguments
To get the key codes you can use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.bluetone.hardwarechecker.
Application will keep the screen on and will show a black screen, so it will be able to receive key press events.
