The “Bluetooth My ID” App is a simple application that allows you to make your phone discoverable by other Bluetooth devices by broadcasting your Bluetooth ID.
The phone can be set to always visible, visible per click (toggle) or after a timer e.g. 20 seconds per click.

Note!
Android OS releases below version 4.0.0 has a 300 second visibility limitation. Set the "Visibility timeout" in the Bluetooth settings to "Never time out" to let the App control the timeout. If it is set to 2 or 5 minutes it will be the longest timeout value.
