you are just one click away from the neraby crowd what we called as bluMob
it works as follows
1)It will first scan the people nearby to find nearby people . you can scan people without internet and later when you have internet you can update the crowd.
2)you can chat see timeline and other cool stuff only if both the people add each other in favourite list.
