This app will help you to get that nice, round and toned butt you always wanted. You don't need any special equipment to do any of the workouts. You can do these workouts from the comfort of your home.
This app comes with three different butt building workouts:
- Apple Bottom
- Bubble Butt
- Booty
Each workout takes about 10-15min to complete.
You can do any of the three workouts up to 3-4 times a week. You can do the same workout 3 times a week or you can do each of the workouts in one week, it is up to you.
To learn how to perform the exercises that are included in the training plans, click on the 'Info' button at the right top corner of the screen.
Before each workout make sure to warm up properly in order to avoid injuries.
- To start using the app just choose the workout you want and click on small, green 'Play' button on the right side. It will take you to the workout page.
- Once at the workout page and ready to start your workout click on the green 'Play' button at the top of the page. It will highlight the first exercise.
- Once you did the exercise click on the green 'Done' button. It will start rest timer, which will give you 1 minute of rest between each exercise.
- Once the 1min of rest is over, the next exercise will be highlighted and should perform that exercise.
