1. I am searching for a route but it does not exist?
There are thousands of bus operators in Indonesia and we are trying our best everyday to keep signing up bus operators to join with Bosbis. Please check back regularly.

2. Will the seat i have booked be the same when i board the bus?
Generally and in most cases it will be the same. However, operator may re-assign you to a different seat due to operational reasons.

3. Why i can only book bus tickets at the latest 2 days prior to departure date?
We currently only accept ticket purchases done at the latest 2 days prior to departure date.

4. How do i pay for the tickets?
