BPMS POL complementa la gestión documental y procesos de negocio de la Suite BPMS de PROCESS ON LINE S.A.S. La aplicación implementa los módulos de gestión documental y monitoreo de tareas en ejecución.

La gestión documental desde el móvil con BPMS POL permite la consulta de radicados, ya sean generados desde esta aplicación o desde la Suite BPMS en la web, y la creación de nuevos radicados a partir de la selección de una ubicación física y un tipo documental (factura, acta, certificado o cualquier otro tipo), ambos configurados previamente desde la Suite BPMS en la web. Además de poder indexar el formulario asociado al proceso de radicación.

Las tareas inicializadas desde la Suite BPMS en la web, pueden ser mominitorizadas, indexadas y finalizadas desde BPMS POL, dándole versatilidad al usuario para poder controlar mejor sus procesos.
