Alongside his business partner Peter Blyth and internationally acclaimed Architect, Robert Silke, the team is about to take on their latest project, a boutique block of 22 bespoke apartments on Crescent Road in Claremont that is being heralded as the return of the mansion block.

“This is the first quality apartment building to go up in the Southern Suburbs since the 80’s. The time is right now for the return of the high quality mansion block. Buyers are looking for quality things in quality areas and we are essentially designing for an owner occupier which is the most exciting thing here. It is designed for a small, boutique market, and what an opportunity for a designer...There are so few luxury buildings in one of the wealthiest​ ​areas per capita in the country. In terms of rarity and scarcity it has to be an investment.” says Silke.

Crescent Road will tower 7 stories into the Claremont skyline with two incredible duplex penthouses labelled; “mansions in the sky.” These two sizeable homes will boast magnificent 180 degree views and will be fitted with the finest of fixtures, from genuine, engineered solid herringbone floors to sleek, super matte black and black marble tops. Everything about these luxurious homes in the sky will be unique and cutting edge.

Crescent Road is a development set aside from anything else that exists. Every apartment has been designed with its unique, outstanding features in mind and specially tweaked to maximise these. Robert Silke beams with excitement when he describes the design process leading to the creation of this bespoke block: “It has a sense of personal and individual identity.
