About Brief Android App
Having become frustrated with mainstream news information sources because of their commercialism, biased agendas, emotional manipulation, and population control techniques, I asked my learned friends where I could find a source of concise relevant news without sensationalism. A scholar and wikipedian friend recommended the obscure Current Events Portal on Wikipedia ™. This little known page is the true front page of the internet, with direct links to the most important, well researched and relevant events that have recently taken place. However the format of the Current Events Portal is less than ideal especially on mobile. This app seeks to improve the user experience while delivering the same content. Please contact the developer with feature requests and bugs.
