About Bses Feedback Android App
BSES distributes power in two sections that is Yamuna Power Limited and Rajdhani Power Limited has launched an app for its valuable customers. This application is provided to all the bill payers who will be able rate the service based on their satisfaction. The App will therefore enhance the service towards the BSES users.
This application doesn’t require so much of the user information. You just need to enter the mobile number.
How can you give the ratings?
There are three feedback sections available in the app. First is Executive Feedback where you can rate from poor to the excellent, Second is Service Feedback where you give ratings for our services. Third is Overall Feedback where you can give ratings from poor to excellent based on our overall service to you. At last there is a comment section where you can put your comments and tell us whatever you want to convey us.
