1. Scan and list all BLE heart rate dvices for user selection.
2. Display Max. and Min. Heart Rate when the exercise timer is running.
3. Notify user with alarm sound when heart rate exceeds a user-input value (Max Limit) when the exercise timer is running.
4. Display battery level of the BLE device with BLE Battery Level Service.
