Boy and Bee feels themselves he is ninja and not just any ninja - the best ninja of them all! with the greatest powers ever bestowed on ninja before. They want to know who is best ninja. They get buckets of water balloons in green farm field and ninja boy will throw and ninja bee has to slice those balloons.
