About BUevent Android App
Er du medarbejder i Børn og Unge, Aarhus Kommune, og/eller skal du deltage i en af Aarhus Kommunes store events - konference, seminar, stormøde m.m. - så kan du i BUevent holde dig opdateret på arrangementets aktiviteter, nyheder og program - både før, under og efter arrangementet.
Med BUevent kan du bl.a.:
• Læse mere om arrangementets tema og formål i en eventbeskrivelse.
• Se programoversigt med tidsangivelser og aktiviteter og læse f.eks. profilbeskrivelser af oplægsholdere.
• Få en deltagerliste.
• Blive opdateret med praktiske oplysninger om f.eks. lokalitet, transport, forplejning og øvrige aktiviteter.
• Finde dokumenter fra arrangementet - f.eks. oplægsholders PowerPoints, faglige artikler m.m. Du kan ved et enkelt tryk få sendt dokumenterne til din e-mail.
• Modtage nyheder om arrangementet - f.eks. om programændringer, eller du kan se billeder og film fra arrangementet. Du kan vælge at modtage push beskeder, når der er nyt om dit arrangement.
