BURT is "Broadcast Usb Reverse Tethering"
Sometimes we want use reverse tethering (that is: android device as client within nat, using ub cable), but some devices disable adb debug communications when network connection is working - and you definitely need adb in order to conf some network parameters (ip, gateway, etc).
Here comes B.U.R.T., a simple trick providing adb debug while network connection is active.
