Responder Mobile Application
➼The bVigilant responder app allows the relevant responder to receive an alert and immediately accept the incident from a reporter/customer.
➼On receiving the alert the responder will be able to utilise “the take me there” feature using his mobile map functionality, geo-locating the reporter.
➼The reporter will be able to track how far their responders are away.
➼Once onsite the responder can indicate, via the app, that he is on site.
➼ The responder can add notes, audio, video and or pictures utilising his phones application.
➼The control room will know in real time.
➼From his Android or Apple mobile app the responder can task or refer the incident to any other person from the security company
