The CA Service Point mobile app is an extension of CA Service Management’s self-service capability. It is an easy-to-use, simple to configure, a productivity-centric mobile app providing customer self-service for exceptional support on-the-go. The mobile app enables users to seamlessly report an issue from their mobile device and view their tickets in a user-friendly mobile interface. This mobile app works only with the 17.2 and 17.3 release of CA Service Management.
With CA Service Point mobile app, you can:
. Use natural language to report an issue, anywhere anytime
. Receive context-based suggestions
. Manage tickets, including adding comments and modifying and closing tickets
. Track ongoing activity
. View, download and add attachments
. Use the mobile device’s ‘Geolocation’ capability to provide you location when requesting
a service.
. Call your Service Desk with a single click via the auto dialer
