Initial release
Calclark is an app designed to use Starlark repl (Python dialect used in Bazel) as a calculator.
Calclark is a fork of Starlark and has some minor modifications.
For long calculations such as pH calculations or mol calculations, a standard calculator UI is not intuitive. Many programmers use repl for those calculations on PC.
Calclark is designed to do such kinds of jobs on the Phone.
To use repl on the Phone, the UI is similar to a calculator. You can do simple calculations by touch. If you want to do more complex calculations, you can switch to plain text input mode to write a python expression.
- Python is well known and documented. Is the natural log is ln or log? Is the power operator ^ or **? Is e or exp? In Calclark, it's the same as Python.
- The previous result is stored in Out array (Out[0], Out[1], ...). It's easy to use previous results as a further calculation (as is often the case with the chemical calculation).
- The variables _ and __ are also used to store the previous result and before the previous result. (Like Jupyter Notebook)
