Recopilación de varias fórmulas para ver y controlar tu estado físico. Con esta aplicación puedes calcular:

•IMC: Calcula el índice de masa corporal a partir de tu peso y altura y te dice dentro de que rango de peso deberías estar para tener un valor normal.
•Peso ideal: Calcula tu peso ideal a partir de tu sexo, altura y la circunferencia de tu muñeca.
•Calorías diarias: Calcula las calorías diarias que deberías consumir para mantener tu peso. Este dato se genera a partir del sexo, peso, altura, edad y nivel de actividad.
•IGC (Deurenbergl): Calcula tu índice de grasa corporal por la fórmula de Deurenbergl, éste se genera en base al sexo, peso, altura y edad.
•IGC (Hodgon y Beckett): Igual que el anterior, calcula tu índice de grasa corporal, pero esta vez a partir de la fórmula de Hidgon y Beckett. El resultado se genera a partir del sexo, la altura y la circunferencia de cintura, cuello y cadera.
•ICC: Te calcula el índice cíntura/cadera y te dice el tipo de forma que tiene tu cuerpo según tu sexo y la circunferencia de la cintura y la cadera.

Puedes guardar tus datos dándole al botón de menú para no tener que volver a introducirlos en futuras búsquedas o en diferentes fórmulas que requieran del mismo dato.Compilation of several formulas to see and control your fitness. With this application you can calculate:

• ICC: We calculate the waist / hip ratio and tells you the kind of way your body according to your gender and waist circumference and hip.

You can save your data giving the menu button to avoid having to re-enter in future searches or in different formulas that require the same data.
