Use Calisthenics WorkoutHelper Circuits if your training sessions are structured with cycles (Sets) with several Exercises.
You can create a Workout by yourself, without any restrictions on the names of exercises or reps.
If creating your training program isn't a valid option, you can try some of the Workouts you can find in the Database.
In both cases you will have the chance to modify, add, delete exercises. You have complete freedom.
When you're ready, you can start a training session by going into the Start a Workout section.
The app will help you with useful links in case you don't remember how a particular exercise needs to be done, with the summary of your current training program, with automatic countdowns for your rest times and with a chronometer with which your best times will be saved.
Countdowns and exercises displayed will change automatically at your click, you just have to concentrate on your workout.
