This App has been developed especially for the Users of cellular phones using prepaid facility. Users can manage their billing by maintaining and keeping history of calls made. Android only keeps history of 500 calls, so something like this is a must if you want to keep your call history.
The backup is created locally on the phone by default unless you configure it to upload to DropBox. Backup is independent of the Android version so the Call History can easily be moved from one phone to another irrespective of the Android version.
