Update to the authentication process for Capsule to prevent timing out - should improve stability of the app and connection to Capsule
Make and take calls on your phone as normal, at the end of the call the call2CRM app will add the name of the contact and duration of the call to your CRM online.
If the number dialled isn’t in your CRM then it will get added, either using the name stored in your phone or as a generic ‘new contact’ and a task will be created for you to check the details.
We support Capsule, Highrise, Huspot, Nimble, Salesforce with more in the pipeline.
Premium users also:
- Get the option to write notes about each call
- Be prompted whether you want to add the call details to your CRM (you might not want the boss know you had an hour long call with your wife!)
- Be prompted to save your choice so it’s not asked again, i.e. never add details of calls to your wife to the CRM
