The Sport Ireland National Sports Campus app is based on their Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy. The app is for all staff, consultants or volunteers working for, or on behalf of, the Sport Ireland National Sports Campus. It sets out the following:
• Guiding principles and commitment to safeguarding all children and young people.
• Key safeguarding roles in the National Sports Campus.
• How to respond & report child protection or welfare concerns.
• How the Sport Ireland National Sports Campus will work safely with children and young people.
• Their commitment to supporting staff.
The app allows users to read the different sections of the policy, as well we providing access to key statutory information and reporting forms.
