La Ville de Cannes s’est engagée dans la création d’un véritable éco-quartier. Ce projet d’aménagement urbain, situé au cœur du quartier Prado-République, est constitué d’un terrain de plus de 17 000 m² comprenant environ 270 logements, 2 200 m² de surfaces commerciales et 6 000 m² d’espaces verts composés des rues piétonnes, des pistes cyclables et d’une aire de jeux.
La Ville de Cannes vous propose de découvrir ce projet en avant-première, à travers cette application en réalité augmentée qui vous permet de visiter en 3D le futur aménagement.
Une expérience inédite, ludique et simple. Pour voir apparaître le futur projet en réalité augmentée sur votre smartphone ou tablette, vous pouvez suivre les étapes suivantes :
1. Téléchargez et imprimez le plan marqueur que vous trouverez à l'adresse www.cannes.com/cannes3dmaria
2. Chargez l'application gratuite (uniquement par connexion Wifi) sur votre smartphone ou tablette et visez le plan marqueur. Vous verrez alors la métamorphose du site Cannes-Maria en réalité augmentée.

The City of Cannes is committed to creating a true eco-district. This urban development project in the heart of the Prado district Republic, consists of a field of more than 17 000 m² including 270 housing units, 2,200 m² of retail space and 6,000 m² of green space street compounds pedestrian, bicycle paths and a playground.
The City of Cannes invites you to discover this project previews, through this augmented reality application that allows you to visit the 3D future development.
A new experience, fun and simple. To appear the future actually increased project on your smartphone or tablet, you can take the following steps:
1. Download and print the map marker you'll find at www.cannes.com/cannes3dmaria
2. Download the free application (only by WiFi) on your smartphone or tablet and aim the marker plan. You will see the metamorphosis of the site Cannes-Maria in augmented reality.
