This is the 1.0.2 bug fix release of Canoe. These are the changes since 1.0.1:
* Changes to support v19 of the backend Nano node, mainly involving using only "nano"-prefixes for accounts.
* Auto migration of existing accounts in the wallet to use "nano" prefix.
* Target Android SDK 28.
