2.MI Myocardial infarction. Calculated using Framingham equation.
3.STROKE Stroke. Calculated using Framingham equation.
4.CVD Cardiovascular disease. Calculated using Framingham equation.
5.CHD_DEATH Death from coronary heart disease. Calculated using Framingham equation.
6.CVD_DEATH Death from cardiovascular disease. Calculated using Framingham equation.
7.BNF BNF/JBS2 calculation of cardiovascular disease. Equals the sum of CHD and STROKE from Framingham equation.
8.ASSIGN Cardiovascular disease. Calculated using ASSIGN equation.
