Care Plan is the latest patient education and engagement app by Orca Health, designed and developed especially for patients.

Care Plan includes all of the features and content users are familiar with from other Orca apps, but combined together into one seamless experience. It is also designed to be used in concert with our new Orca Care app for Healthcare Providers.

Care Plan features include:
––3D interactive models to guide you through anatomy relevant to your condition;
––3D visuals to explain your diagnosis and treatment options;
––All the information you need to keep track of your recovery; and
––Automatically communicate progress to your Healthcare Provider; who can send you Checkups throughout the recovery process to stay updated on your progress.

If you wish to participate in Care Plan, but have not been invited by your Healthcare Provider, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your full name and a 1-2 sentence description of your experience with previous Orca apps and your interest in participating.
