Cerca Santo è un'app on line utile per individuare l'onomastico dei propri contatti e le festività della Chiesa Cattolica Cristiana.
Permette anche di reperire facilmente informazioni tramite Wikipedia.
Inoltre è unica nel suo genere perché consente la ricerca dei santi e delle festività per nome.
L'applicazione è stata sviluppata per consumare quanto meno risorse possibile.
Con un sistema di caching proprietario riduce l'accesso alla rete al minimo indispensabile.
L'unico utilizzo che fa della rete è per ottenere informazioni sui Santi richiesti (del giorno, o per nome).
Il widget è stato concepito come il resto dell'applicazione, cioè ottimizzando al massimo le risorse, senza battery drain aggiuntivo.
Tramite filtri si può ridurre o ampliare l'elenco dei Santi mostrati e degli eventuali onomastici.
Tramite notifica è possibile essere avvisati di eventuali onomastici nel giorno.
