Technicians are guided through important installation checkpoints to ensure every install meets the same standards. The work they do throughout an install is synchronized to the cloud for support agents or repair technicians to pick up in the future.

The Certify app also provides on-premise technicians with automated signal quality projections overlaid on a map of the customers home footprint including mesh placement recommendations so they can discuss optimal configuration of the network to help customers make better decisions on router placement or range extender / mesh addons.

Customers are provided with a visual map in the shape of their home with WiFi speed measures in every room, leaving customers with a clear picture of what to expect from their home network.

All of this is automated and completed in minutes while your install technician walks around the home.
