Diplômé de l’école hôtelière de Genève et fort d’une expérience professionnelle de quatorze années en Suisse, le Chef Moha est le premier chef à avoir revisité la cuisine marocaine et lui a redonné un esprit nouveau et synamique. Il ouvre par la suite le restaurant Marocain Dar Moha au coeur de la médina de Marrakech qui devient l'une des meilleures tables du Maroc et Moha l'un des chefs marocains les plus en vogue. Aujourd’hui, le Chef moha ambitionne de laisser la gastronomie marocaine au rang de patrimoine culturel de l'humanité, pour cela il se fait ambassadeur de la gastronomie marocaine en participant à des manifestations et événements internationaux.A graduate of the Hotel School of Geneva and strong professional experience of fourteen years in Switzerland, Chef Moha is the first leader to have revisited Moroccan cuisine and has given it a new and synamique mind. It opens later the Moroccan restaurant Dar Moha in the heart of the Marrakech medina, which became one of the best tables of Morocco and one of the leaders Moha hottest Moroccans. Today, Chef Moha aims to let the Moroccan gastronomy to the rank of cultural heritage, for that he is ambassador of Moroccan cuisine by participating in events and international events.
