The "Citizen Monitoring App" for the Odourmap platform is developed to provide citizens the possibilty to participate actively in the odour management process by registering observations and complaints and thereby providing valuable feedback to plant operators and / or the authorities.
Odourmap is a communication platform on which plant operators, citizens and authorities can be equally integrated into the odour management process. Odourmap records and visualises a variety of data that is relevant for dealing with odour problems and citizen complaints, providing a multilateral platform, where all parties involved can access the information relevant to them.
