Downlaod the application from Playstore and click install button. After the installation click "Set as a Wallpaper" button to set your wallpaper to City Night LWP. That is all what you need to do. Enjoy :)
Some phones cannot open the application. If you encounter a problem like this, please try the way explained below-->
Another way to do it: Press menu (or hold your finger on screen untill menu appears), click Wallpaper--> LiveWallpaper and chose City LWP.
OR
Goto Settings--> Display--> Wallpaper-->Live Wallpaper--> City Night Wallpaper.
