With the CityImpact Connection app you have a unique and powerful tool to connect people who are interested in Jesus or are converted to Jesus with a church, home group or Christian movement in their area for follow-up. It also supports your event or outreach.
People around you long to meet Jesus and God wants to use you for that!
Together we are a movement of followers of Jesus who stand up and spread the love of Jesus in our daily lives, in the place where we have influence. Our goal is to give people a personal encounter with Jesus. Working together with churches and other ministries, we are the hands and feet of Jesus making disciples. 
Making disciples requires cooperation, between churches and you. We do this through the follow-up leader of a church or home group. 
In order to create a lasting impact in the city and growth in faith, this app sends the data of an reached (interested) person to the follow up leader of a church. This will be a church, close to where the reached person lives, we do this based on postcodes. The follow up leader can then quickly follow up in discipleship and include the new person in his church or home group.

With this app you can support your evangelism events by matching participants with outreach leaders. The online route planner will then automatically lead them to the outreach locations.
