CITYPARK to facilitate contactless management of parking reservations
through QR Code scanning at any parking facility where online reservations
are available via the CITYPARK platform.
Who can use CITYPARK Business application:
CITYPARK Business application provides parking attendants and private
parking owners with a range of features for efficient customer service and
management.
Through this application, they can perform tasks such as:
1. Login: Securely access the system using your credentials.
2. Password recovery: Reset your password if forgotten.
3. Scanning of customer QR codes: Retrieve customer information
including name, vehicle plate, and reservation details, without saving
or processing this information.
4. Editing reservation status: Update reservation status from "Reserved"
to "Completed" or from "Reserved" to "Cancelled".
5. Parking management: Modify general settings such as logo, featured
image, parking name and address, contact email, phone and the
number of available parking spaces.
6. Operating hours and price list: Update the parking's operating hours
and price list.
7. Parking features: Add, edit, or delete parking features.
8. Personnel management: Add, edit, or delete employees, and assign
them via email.
9. Profile information change: Modify personal information such as
name, phone number, and password, and delete your account if
necessary.
10. Contact form: Users can contact support by providing their name,
email, phone number, subject, and message via this form.
