Please refer to the cardholder agreement you received with your card for details regarding the identification of the card issuer, fee disclosures, transaction limitations and other important terms and conditions. If you have registered your card, you may obtain your card balance by going online to www.agileprepaid.com or by calling 1-855-428-PAID (7243). To request a replacement card or to report a card lost/stolen, or for other customer service support, please call 1-855-428-PAID (7243). Fees may apply for customer service support from a representative.
