Passengers may demand cleaning staff by entering PNR in different three methods
1. Enter PNR in the mobile Application for frequent Railway Passengers
2. Send their requests as SMS to 58888 by typing CLEAN<10-digit PNR number>
3. Submit the PNR and Mobile number in website http://cleanmycoach.com
The OBHS Request Automation System named OBSERVE (On Board Services, Clean My Coach) will forward the request to mobile phone of the cleaner present in the particular train directly with the details of PNR. The Railway Administration will also simultaneously receive an intimation of such requests for follow up. Passenger can send their feedback in web site http://cleanmycoach.com.
